high above Black Bear Public Landing, guests are just minutes from the public boat ramp and
short drive to Bear Creek Marina. Spend your days exploring both on and off the water. There
are plenty of trails, parks, hiking, biking, kayaking, & nearby attractions to keep you busy. Relax
by the fire or soak in the hot tub and melt your stress away. Pets welcome with fee. Whether
you’re looking to explore the area or simply enjoy a soothing retreat, this beautiful house has
everything you need for a memorable stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

About our home.

One level open design concept with a bonus space located above the garage. Great space to
send the kids.
Split bedroom design with 2 spacious bedrooms on one side with a large full bath.
The center or heart of the home is open and inviting, with kitchen and island, large dining area,
and comfy living room.
The front of the home offers a large covered porch and cozy fire pit area, perfect for star gazing!
The rear offers a screened porch, again with dining options, a rear and side deck with fenced in
yard, and a restful hot tub.
The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and offers a spacious master bath and
walk in closet.
The rear fenced yard is perfect for your four legged friends. We do ask that you clean up after
your pet.
Please do not let the pet on the beds and furniture. If you need this for therapy reasons, please
bring pet appropriate throws with you.
Our home sleeps 6 in beds. If you have additional little ones, please check with us prior to
booking. We stock the linens, towels, dinnerware and cookware for 6 people.

We have an outdoor gas grill on the rear side porch.
If you bring a boat, you can park the trailer in one of the turnouts below the house. The Black
Bear Public Access Boat ramp and parking is located just across the road from our driveway.
Boat rentals are available at Bear Creek Marina and several other companies if you want to do
some day boating
